We are in the process of applying for a Good Travel Plan accreditation via ModeShift Stars Education.

Our Key Stage 2 Junior Travel Ambassadors are working on ways to improve travel to school.

We took part in Road Safety Week from 18th-22nd November. During this week, our School Travel Ambassadors delivered a fantastic assembly, which explained the importance of travelling safely to school, including the Green Cross Code.

Poster Competition

We have launched a competition for our pupils. If your child would like to take part, they need to design a poster (on A3 paper) to highlight why cars need to be considerate near the school to keep our pupils safe e,g. not parking in Fennells Mead. The winning design will be chosen by our Junior Travel Ambassadors, and will be made into a banner which will be displayed on the entrance gates.

The closing date for the competition is Friday 13th December. The winning design will be announced in the Anchor Assembly on Friday 20th December.
