The Governing Body of St Clement’s Catholic Primary School believes that the school should be at the heart of the community. We wish to actively promote and encourage the use of the hall by local people and organisations.

The facility is available for use by any individuals or groups who apply to the Head of School and wish to use the facility for what is deemed to be an appropriate purpose, such as:

• Sports activities (using the field or hall)
• Keep fit activities
• Meetings
• Organised social events
• Educational activities (e.g. clubs etc.)

The final decision on who may use the facility and the suitability of the purpose will be made by the Governing Body in consideration with the School Business Manager and Head of School.
